Our Multigrain Corn Cakes are made from wholegrain brown rice and corn. We included spelt in our recipe as it provides a source of B vitamins and minerals. We also added flaxseed and sesame seeds to give you an extra helping of fibre goodness. Why not try them with 'hummous and slices of red pepper', 'tuna, sliced tomato and onion' or any topping of your choice.With only 25 calories per cake they are an ideal healthy snack.
