Spicy Mexican Pizza

INGREDIENTS:



  1. 2 Kelkin Gluten Free Pizza Bases
  2. 200g chopped tomatoes
  3. 1 tblsp tomato puree
  4. 100g bean mix (soaked for 4-8 hours)
  5. 2 chillies sliced
  6. 1 red onion
  7. 1 sliced tomato
  8. 75g grated cheese

METHOD:



    Mix the tinned tomatoes, bean mix, chillies and tomato puree together in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on top of pizza bases. Top each pizza with the onion, sliced tomato and cheese and cook in the oven (180°C fan/220°C) for 10-15 minutes, until cheese has melted.
